We, confirm our participation in the "India's Best Companies to Work For" - 2014 Study, conducted in India by Great Place to Work® Institute, India.
- We confirm that all the information shared by us as a part of this Study is true to the best of our knowledge and we have followed the process prescribed by Great Place to Work® Institute, India for this Study. We confirm that the content of the study brochure has been read and understood by us.
- All Materials, Methods, Techniques or Apparatus used during the "India's Best Companies to Work For" - 2014 Study is the intellectual property owned by Great Place to Work® Institute, Inc., including copyrightable subject material that has been registered with the copyright office of the Library of Congress as well as other valuable proprietary information. Any internal or external usage of this proprietary information would require written consent from Great Place to Work® Institute, India.
- Please note that by accepting this Undertaking the participating organization commits to complete the process defined in clause 9 below. In case the participating organization withdraws from the Study after commencing the process, an administrative fee of INR 25,000 will be payable by the participating organisation to Great Place To Work® Institute, India.
- The phrase Great Place to Work® and the logo containing the phrase Great Place to Work®, the Great Place to Work® Institute, India logo are copyright material and can be used only after a written consent from Great Place to Work® Institute, India.
- Confidentiality: Data, Materials, or other Company Information
Great Place to Work® Institute, India will securely hold company information given to it, and will not sell or trade company data or contact information to third parties. However, Great Place to Work® Institute, India, may recognise participating companies in different categories and publish various lists and reports, citing examples of a company's best practices submitted through the selection process, so long as they agree with the terms of positive recognition. Great Place to Work® Institute, India will only publicize information about companies who make it to the various Best Companies to Work For lists that it compiles and will only publicize positive aspects of each company.
Great Place to Work® Institute, India will only provide company data or contact information to its media and research partners who have been authorized in advance by written agreements with Great Place to Work® Institute, India for purposes of developing and publishing lists of best workplaces. Great Place to Work® Institute, India is authorized to use the information provided by the company in course of the study, for the sake of positive recognition only, in all forms of media, print or electronic. Great Place to Work® Institute, India will seek advance approval from participating companies for any other external use of their data. Great Place to Work® Institute, India will never release a participating company's survey scores in their entirety without the company's permission, and only if it provides positive recognition for the company. Great Place to Work® Institute, India reserves the right to get in touch with the employees responding to the Survey in order to check the authenticity of the process and the veracity of the employee responses.
- Great Place to Work® Institute, India reserves the right to decide who will qualify for registering to the Study, as well as, for featuring in the list of best workplaces. The decision of the institute shall be final.
- In case of participant organizations where the method of Survey administration is in Paper pencil mode, Great Place to Work® Institute, India reserves the right to access the contact details of each individual employee who answers the Survey.
- Great Place to Work® Institute, India including any and all parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, divisions, successors and assigns, as well as all former and present officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, stockholders, lenders and servants, are, except to the extent set out hereinabove, released and discharged from and against any and all claims, causes of action, counterclaims, liabilities, damages, losses, debts, demands, obligations, suits, costs, and/or expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and disbursements) of any nature whatsoever, whether in law or in equity, arising from or related to the Project, including without limitation, any claim relating to the quality of the research.
- Standard Process for the Study as prescribed by Great Place to Work® Institute, India
- Accepting the Participant Undertaking by Great Place to Work® Institute, India.
- Sending the complete list of employees so as to enable the selection of a random sample for the administration of the survey. Please note that this list must include all the employees of the organization without any exceptions unless and until notified to and approved by Great Place to Work® Institute, India.
- Nominating one person from the organization to be the one point contact for the administration of survey with Great Place to Work® Institute, India.
- Sending out the standard communication from the CEO (to be shared by Great Place to Work® Institute, India.), and intimating the employees selected in the random sample of their participation in the survey. The participating company would not make any modifications in the standard communication sent by Great Place to Work® Institute, India, without written approval of the Institute. No internal communication that influences people to give responses of a favourable kind is allowed as a part of this Study.
- Administering of the survey only to those employees who have been selected to participate by Great Place to Work® Institute, India.
- Submitting the completed Culture Audit© documents to Great Place to Work® Institute, India within time frame mentioned by Great Place To Work®.
- Violation of the standard process outlined above will disqualify the Organisation from being recognised as a part of this Study. Any such violation will be brought to the notice of the CEO of the Organisation, and the decision of the Great Place to Work® Institute, India will be final.
- Please note that the employee details and paper questionnaires, if any provided by the organization will be destroyed within six months of receipt of the same and Great Place to Work® Institute, India will not be able to provide any details regarding the same after six months.
- Participating organizations have an opportunity to get feedback and insights from the assessment process through comprehensive reports. This opportunity is optional and will involve standard fees. Please note that no complimentary reports will be made available in normal course.
