10 or above passes - INR 17,500 per pass

Terms and conditions for the Conference

  1. By registering online with the registration link, you have registered yourself or others from your organization as paying delegates for the Great Place to Work® Annual Conference 2020.
  2. By registering for and/or attending the conference, all delegates agree to be bound by, and comply with, these Terms and Conditions & It is the delegate's responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions.
  3. This registration for the Annual Conference 2020 is valid only on receipt of payment until the day of the event.
  4. Upon registering online or via mail to an official representative, you will receive an Invoice as soon as logistically possible.
  5. Registrations must be paid for in full on immediate basis after a soft copy of the invoice has been shared with the submitter.
    1. It is up to the submitter to inform Great Place to Work® at the time of filling the registration form in case a hard copy of the invoice is required.
    2. As per company policy, no hard copy of the invoice will be sent by default without prior intimation by the delegate's organization.
  6. GST exemption and Purchase Order process, if any, should be informed to Great Place to Work®. The invoice would be prepared accordingly. Requests received later for incorporating these details will not be accepted since these are system generated.
  7. Invoice would be prepared according to the details submitted in the registration form.
    1. Kindly send us an official communication in case the name of the company on the invoice or the address needs to be different.
    2. Also, the same procedure applies if there is a designated person who is to be addressed in the invoice.
  8. Registrations that are received within 3 weeks of the event's official dates have a mandatory requirement for the invoice to be cleared within 7 days of receipt of the invoice. All other invoices to be cleared within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
  9. Registrations once confirmed via payment will not be refunded. If, however, you are unable to attend the event, a substitute delegate is always welcome.

  10. It may be necessary for reasons beyond control of the organizers to alter the 'Content', 'Speakers' or 'Timings' of any and all sessions in the Conference.
  11. All delegates' details will be kept on our records and we may share your details with our partners and other attendees.
  12. Bookings confirmed online via our official website/event landing page indicates acceptance of our booking conditions.
  13. Delegate fees include the cost of the conference material, conference participation, access to all break-out sessions, all networking sessions, lunch and refreshments. Delegate fees do NOT include the cost of travel as well as the cost of boarding & accommodation.
  14. In the event of fire, flood or other natural or unnatural causes (without limit) that the Organizer reasonably believes to be substantial and that are beyond the Organizer's control, the Organizer reserves the right to change the times, dates and the venues of the event, without incurring any liability to you.
  15. Great Place to Work® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or cancel sessions or events at each conference event/ workshop without any notice to anyone.
