Eligibility Criteria to Apply to the Great Place to Work® Certification Program in India

  • Employee Strength: At least 10 employees on India payrolls.
  • Years of Operations: Organizations with Employee strength < 100 employees - 2 years.

Note :

  • The minimum investment for participation in the Great Place to Work® Assessment is INR 1,20,000 plus taxes (not applicable for NGOs/Social Services Organizations). This investment covers participation for the certification and recognition program and also gives you access to your survey data through in-depth reports and an online reporting tool.
  • For organizations which have 10-50 employees, the registration and minimum investment for participation in the Great Place to Work® Assessment is INR 70,000 plus taxes (not applicable for NGOs/Social Services Organizations).
  • The minimum investment for participation in the Great Place to Work® Assessment under the Special Category of ‘Best Employers Among Nation-Builders’ is INR 2,50,000 plus taxes.
